Requisites for the access Password

The Password must have:

  • At least one non-alphanumeric character (. - ! - # - %)
  • At least one number (0 - 9)
  • At least one uppercase character (A - Z)
  • Minimum 8 characters

I’m a member, but I want to log in using my Facebook, Google or Apple account.

You must register a new account.
The registration email must be the same as the one used in the selected platform.

When I log in, there is a pop up requesting consent. What do I do?

You must follow instructions. After that, you must chose a verification method: SMS or email

I don’t have an account. Can I create an account to access the FC Porto platforms?

Yes, you must insert an email and password and click on “Register a new account”.

I already have an account, but I can’t log in.

Try to log in again or request a password reset.

You must select “Recover Password”, by inserting your registration email.
